Solution Partner –
A Solution Partner is typically a larger national or multi-national reseller that represents a wide range of business equipment and consumer technology. A Solution Partner offers focused vertical market solutions that include a bundled software and hardware solution sold through their own e-commerce site. Solution Partners can manage deployment, installation, and support for large scale projects through national offices and third-party relationships. Solution Partners may offer many complementary products sold with a variety of financing options, service plans, or other value-added services.
Fulfillment Partner –
A Fulfillment Partner is typically a business that leverages marketplace resellers and modern logistics to connect educated end-users with hardware solutions to meet end-user requirements. Fulfillment Partners enable hardware manufacturers to reach a wide range of vertical markets. Fulfillment Partners are often aligned with software applications to deliver integrated products bundled with complementary hardware and consumables for specific solutions or software applications. Fulfillment Partners embrace delivering the best selection of hardware solutions available for on-demand delivery at the lowest market price to business owners in a wide variety of vertical markets.
Services Partner –
A Services Partner is typically a regional or local business that works as a trusted advisor with the business owner. Service Partners offer payment services, POS, payroll, accounting or other software and hardware as turnkey solutions matching the business needs. A Service Partner may offer personalized or onsite services, such as training, installation, maintenance, technical support, etc. Service Partners offer full-service individualized support, consulting, to installation, to post-sale support for businesses.
Technology Partner –
A Technology Partner develops software that integrates Star products through custom development into deployed applications or integrates Star product hardware form, fit & function into manufactured devices. Technology partners only resell Star hardware for use with their own technology solution.
