The Challenge
The obstacle Fatwood BBQ faced was the consistent bottleneck line of customers coming to the truck to place their orders. Like many food trucks and other small establishments, the Fatwood team would relay orders by shouting to each other, complicating order management as volume increased. This backed everything else up, making customers wait longer and longer. Management knew this problem had to be addressed before it soured customer sentiment.
Boosting employee efficiency while retaining customer satisfaction quickly went to the top of their list. They needed to ensure that staff could manage a large number of orders on a regular basis to continue increasing revenue.
The Solution

The USB connection allows Fatwood to use the printer without requiring network connectivity, making operations a truckload easier.
