The Accounting Manager is responsible for all areas relating to general accounting and financial reporting. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, quarterly and year-end audit preparation and supporting budget and forecast activities. Work is achieved individually and through work groups.

Administrative Assistant-Hybrid

The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support to the Global Director of Business Development in support of efficiently accomplishing key tasks and company initiatives. You will keep departmental communications organized so the Director has access to important information without having to sort through low-priority items. This role will be a point of internal customer service, supporting both the marketing and business development teams. Daily tasks may include managing the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, running reports, and coordinating with various interdepartmental departments on behalf of the Director. This administrative role also helps support and develop departmental policies and best practices. Work is primarily achieved by individual, but often require company-wide collaboration. Works independently with discretion and good judgment.
