A Message to our Valued Customers and Partners 

Important COVID-19 Update from Star Micronics America

First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone impacted by the coronavirus (COVID-19), either directly or indirectly, especially to those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery.

We wanted to reach out and let you know what we are doing as an organization to reduce the global impact of COVID-19, in terms of both health and business. 

As we closely monitor the evolving events, please know that the wellbeing of our customers and employees is our foremost concern and we are fully committed to ensuring safety while continuing to provide the best support possible.

Our team continues to work standard business hours to provide high-quality support and guidance to all of our customers, and our inventory is well-stocked to meet your needs. We have also extended our Live Chat Support for technical support inquiries from 9:00am to 8:00pm (EDT).

All of our employees have been informed of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines for protecting themselves and others. These recommendations include social distancing, frequent and thorough hand washes, recognizing the signs and symptoms of COVID-19, and more. Please visit the CDC website to learn more.

To ensure the safety of our employees and customers, we are also taking the following precautions:

  • Provided employees guidance in following the CDC’s recommendations
  • Implemented a Work-from-Home policy for all non-essential personnel
  • Reviewed and reinforced sanitation measures at all our locations
  • Restricted business-related air travel during this time
