Canceling Orders

All orders generated on starmicronics.com may be canceled up to 24 hours. Once your cancelation is processed, the hold will be removed from your payment method by the payment issuer. After 24 hours, cancelations will no longer be accepted.

Returns and Refunds (if applicable)

We will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping/handling costs and a restocking fee, within 45 days and with valid proof of purchase. Full details on our policy are linked on this page.

Here’s how shipments work:

Shop on starmicronics.com.

Once you have selected an item, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button and you will see if this item is able to be shipped to your location.

Continue to proceed through the checkout process to order completion.

Once the order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Your shipment tracking information will be provided by a separate email.

After you complete your order, the order confirmation page provides you with your order number and information about the order. Keep your order number in a safe place; it will be needed for all order references.

There are shipping charges associated with orders. Shipping costs for orders placed on starmicronics.com are based on the weight of the total order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during checkout.

Please note, business days are Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Most items may be shipped in all 50 states. No international shipments are available.
