The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support to the Business Development Director in support of efficiently accomplishing key tasks and company initiatives. You will keep departmental communications organized so the Director has access to important information without having to sort through low-priority items. This role will be a point of internal customer service, supporting both the marketing and business development teams. Daily tasks may include managing the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, running reports, and coordinating with various interdepartmental departments on behalf of the Director. This administrative role also helps support and develop departmental policies and best practices. Work is primarily achieved by individual, but often require company-wide collaboration. Works independently with discretion and good judgment.
