Introduction

This application note provides information on identifying which Star driver/utility version is currently installed on Windows.

Supported Printers: All Star Micronics Printers and Scanners
Supported Environments: Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7

1. Open the Windows/Start Menu icon and open Settings.

2. Select Apps and choose Installed apps.

3. Scroll through the alphabetical list to find the driver and identify the version number. The driver can also be identified by the Star Logo .
